This Privacy Policy explains what data Bikayga ("we", "us") collects when you use our online store builder and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to merchants who create stores on Bikayga and, where we process it on a merchant's behalf, to the customers of those stores.

1. Data we collect

  • Merchant account data — your name, phone number, email address, store name, CNIC or business details where required for payouts, and billing records.
  • Store content — products, prices, images, descriptions and settings you upload.
  • Your customers' order data — names, phone numbers, delivery addresses and order details your customers submit when buying from your store. This data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf to run your store.
  • Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the Service.

2. How we use data

  • To operate your store: hosting pages, taking orders, generating COD confirmations and booking couriers.
  • To prepare the order confirmation and delivery messages you send to your customers on WhatsApp.
  • To bill your subscription, provide support in Urdu and English, and secure the platform.
  • To power optional AI features (for example, drafting product descriptions from your product data).
  • To send you service announcements; marketing messages only with your consent, and you can opt out any time.

3. What we never do

  • We never sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
  • We never contact your customers for our own marketing.
  • We never use your store's customer list for any purpose other than running your store.

4. Sharing with service providers

We share data only where needed to deliver the Service:

  • Couriers you connect (currently PostEx and Leopards) — delivery name, address and phone number, to fulfil orders you book through us.
  • Payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks) — the details needed to process payments you accept.
  • WhatsApp — when you send a prepared message, the number and text go to WhatsApp from your own device.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the platform securely.
  • Authorities — only where the law of Pakistan requires it.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language choice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on bikayga.com.

6. Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit (SSL on every store) and access is restricted to staff who need it. We keep your data while your account is active. After termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted from active systems; billing records are retained as required by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. If your customer asks you to delete their data, you can do so from your order dashboard and we will remove it from our systems on your instruction.

8. Children

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or dashboard notice before they take effect.
