How do my customers pay?
Mostly the way they already do: cash on delivery. You can also take bank transfer on every plan, and JazzCash, EasyPaisa and Raast on Dukaan — the buyer adds a screenshot at checkout and it lands on the order.
What stops fake orders and refused parcels?
Every order shows what your shop knows about the buyer, the WhatsApp confirmation is written for you, and on Dukaan a buyer who sent a parcel back pays Rs 500 first. You can also block a number.
Is there an app?
Yes — BikayGa Merchant for Android. It rings for every new order and lets you add products with your camera. On an iPhone, your back office works in Safari.
How does delivery work?
Book PostEx or Leopards from the order, on your own courier account, so the cash comes straight to you. On another courier, paste the tracking number in. You set your own charge per city, and can offer Express and pick-up.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run your shop. Setup takes five questions, and our team speaks Urdu and English.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan, with free SSL. Every shop also gets a free yourshop.bikayga.com address.
Can I change how my shop looks?
Yes — switch between twelve designs any time, and change any section by clicking on it. Nothing is published until you press Publish.
Do you take a commission?
No. On every plan, the money from your sales is yours. You only pay the plan price, in rupees.
