What exactly is Bikayga?

Bikayga is a Pakistani platform for building your own online store — like Shopify, but designed for how Pakistan shops. You pick a ready-made theme, add your products, and start taking orders through Cash on Delivery and WhatsApp. No coding, no developers, no dollar payments.

How do my customers pay?

Mostly the way they already do: Cash on Delivery. Every Bikayga theme has COD checkout built in, and every order arrives with a WhatsApp confirmation written for you — sending it before you dispatch is what cuts fake orders. You can also accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer and cards whenever you are ready.

How do WhatsApp orders work?

Every product on your store gets an "Order on WhatsApp" button. When a customer taps it, they land in your WhatsApp chat with the product name and price pre-filled — you just confirm the address and book the delivery.

Do I need any technical skills?

None at all. If you can use WhatsApp and Facebook, you can run a Bikayga store. Setup takes about five minutes on your phone, and our support team speaks Urdu and English.

How do deliveries work?

Book a PostEx or Leopards pickup from your dashboard in one tap — on your own courier account, so they pay your cash on delivery straight to you. Using TCS, Trax or anyone else? Paste the tracking number onto the order and your customer can follow it the same way.

How much does it cost?

You can start for nothing. The Free plan gives you a real shop with up to four products, Cash on Delivery and your own domain. Rs 1,000 Shuru removes the product limit and takes the small Bikayga badge off your shop, Rs 2,499 Dukaan adds courier booking and Easypaisa & JazzCash, and Rs 6,499 Brand adds the AI tools. We never take commission on your sales, on any plan.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. Every store gets a free yourstore.bikayga.com address, and you can connect your own .pk or .com domain with free SSL on any plan.
